All the collabs!

Featured in this thumbnail are BC Brown (my writing wife) and DL Hearn (My podcasty husband). They both hold special places in my creative heart, and they aren’t my only collaborations.

So who are these people? What do they do?

D.L. Hearn

The other half of Sako & the Moon, Dwan is a smart cinnamon roll that has no qualms about sharing his knowledge with us, no matter the topic, and he does best when its on the fly. In July, we will be teaming up in person while at Imaginarium. This week’s episode is extra special, as there are anonymous, terrifying stories that get me a little choked up.

BC Brown

So, this year, BC Brown Books and I started the sequel to our stand alone supernatural horror/mystery, Flambeau. It is called Delphian, and revolves around Kyler. We meet twice a week: Tuesday nights at the Authortube Sleepover, and Friday Night meetings not on stream. This past week was a great episode of us squaring away some of our storylines.

MintGhost

For the last couple of years, MintGhost and I have been tinkering with music every June. That means we’re working on music again! Maybe by the end of the month, we’ll have something worth showing. Scant Saga, my currently priv
I write melodies and guitar, and she writes all the awesome textures and sound effects as instruments, and throws it into Reason, which is beyond my skillset.

Kasmira

Kasmira is a fellow local bellydancer that hosts monthly (mostly), virtual bellydance shows, which i tend to perform in. I am apparently a popular dancer, as people get excited when i’m on, and there was a mass request from both Kasmira and the populace to dance to songs longer than 2 minutes. I started with 2 minutes because that is the average attention span, but honestly, if people want me to dance to 4-5 minute songs, i can oblige. Here is my first song longer than my minimum.

Kasmira has single handedly given me the confidence to dance in front of people. And i’ve agreed to dance at the Awards dinner for Imaginarium!
